What should be done to my elbow?

Sometime in February, I was dragged down 3 steps holding a loaded 2 wheeler. Hitting my elbows for 3 steps. my elbows hurt so I informed my boss I might have to go to a doctor but I was going to wait to see if the pain went away. well doing exercise's I notice pain. Now one of my elbows is blown up with water and I cannot do a biceps curl on a bench due to my swollen elbow. I do not have health insurance but this should be under workers comp. It was made known the day it occurred. What needs to be done to get rid of pain and swelling?

Hi, I am specialized in brain injury rehabilitation. I would recommend you see a sports medicine specialist or a physiatrist specialized and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Most doctor's take worker's comp insurance. Good Luck.
Your elbow pain and swelling comes from soft tissue injury musclefascia strain along with posttraumatic inflammation. Both can be easily treated and cured by light touch, i.e. TouchandHold of The Precision Method. Any exercise to the injury sites should be avoided because it can only aggravate the injury and worsen the condition, being counterproductive. If its through workers comp and you live in Wisconsin, you have the right to choose your own doctor. You should be assigned a case manager. Id have to look at it in person but you may need that fluid aspirated with ultrasound guidance.
Hi! Apparently it looks like a bursitis. Go to the Worker's Comp clinic, you need a radiograph to be sure you didn't suffer a small fracture in the bony tip of the elbow andor have arthritic changes. You may require aspiration of the elbow, antiinflammatory, and physical therapy. Once the fluid is taken out you will start to feel relief. For now, totally avoid doing biceps curls or any exercise that strains more the elbow. Don't delay your right of receiving treatment through Worker's Comp. Chronic pain changes lives causing behavioral and emotional changes.
Remind your boss that you hit your elbow during work activities and Inform your boss that you need to open a workman compensation case and you need to go to the ER for an Xray. Then the workmans comp caseworker will have you go to their doctor and physical therapy. Looks really swollen needs to REST ELEVATE above your heart.
