“What to do after adjusting back?”
I had a back adjustment yesterday. I want to know what should I do after a back adjustment?

We usually have the patient ice and rest. It depends on how severe the patient is
Ice if sore. If very sire take Epsom salt bath in hit water then ice afterwards
Nothing needs to be done, the body will take care of itself.
It is always best to allow the body to rest after an adjustment. It's not necessary to eliminate all activity, but minimize anything that could cause stress or strain on the body.
