What to take and eat?

I have been diagnosed with vertigo and every time I have dizziness episodes accompanied by vomiting and sometimes lightweight feeling. I take liquid marlox medicine. It helps a little. What should I take to ease the dizziness when it happens and what food do I need to consider eating on a daily basis to increase my low blood as a way of regulating my blood pressure.

Sounds like you have adrenal problems. See your doctor and if blood pressure is low demand to see and endocrinologist to rule out Addison's disease or a hypothalamic/pituitary/adrenal problem. Add a little Himalayan pink salt 1/2 teaspoon to a glass of warm water and sip it first thing in the morning. If your dizziness gets better, run to see your doctor; this mini challenge proves you are not regulating the salts in your body and you need treatment. I am assuming you have already been checked for an inner ear problem or infection. This, however, does not explain your severely low blood pressure.
