“When to take child to ER for fever?”
My son is 4 years old and he has a fever. When to take child to ER for fever?

Most of the fever should be treated at home with Tylenol or Motrin, but if the fever is high and persist for more than three days and is accompanied by symptoms like vomiting or intense pain the child looks tired or dehydrated then a visit to ER is necessary.
After three days of high fever or if he is developing a rash.
