I have foot pain and want to treat it. Which exercise can I do for foot pain?

It depends on what's causing the foot the pain. There are exercises for plantar fascitis and achilles tendonitis. I would recommend seeing your local podiatrist to find out what's causing your foot pain. You can make your foot pain worse by doing the wrong stretching exercise.
I would go to a physical therapist as they can determine what modalities and exercises would be best.
Without knowing more details, look up ‘plantar fasciitis exercises’. I also have a video of this injury on ‘the osteo center YouTube channel’
Every type of foot pain is different therefore some exercises may help you and some may hurt you. To determine which is best for you, you will require a work-up by a podiatrist.
It is completely dependent on what type of foot pain you are having, and what the cause of the pain is. Some pain you want to rest and ice, and you do NOT want to do any exercises at all. Other pain, such as plantar fasciitis, responds very well to some stretching exercises and other modalities. But until you have a diagnosis for your pain, it is in your best interest to rest and avoid extra stress on the area.
Toe curls, plantar fascia, and Achilles stretching. If no help, see an orthopedic surgeon.
The exercise will depend on what is causing your pain. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment options
