I have mouth ulcers and want to get rid of them. Which gel is best for mouth ulcers?

To my knowledge, in-your-mouth type ulcers are, most likely virus-related, so getting rid of them is like getting tired of the flu, your immune system does it, and it takes a couple of weeks typically. So gels suitable for internal use only help make it feel better, though some may make it go faster if they have anti- viral properties.
In my experience, the over-the-counter mouth rinse Closys does a really good job to help soothe and heal mouth ulcers. Give it a try.
They just have to heal. Hydrogen peroxide diluted 50/50 with water will keep it clean. Chloraseptic sore throat spray will numb it; just spray, swish, and spit. Usually caused by stress or a food allergy/sensitivity. If you get them frequently you should see your dentist
