Which suppository to use?

I'm 32 years old and would like to know which would be better for acute constipation. I'm weaning off my antidepressants and nerve pain medication (mirtazapine and lyrica) bisacodyl or glycerin suppository or enema like microlax as I have typed laxative tables to no effect as well at Metamucil fiber supplement. I have diabetes type 2, COPD, and RLS.

Medications: Sozol, ventalin, spiolto respimat, avymist nasal spray, thyroxine, vitamin D
Conditions: Diabetes type 2, COPD, RLS, Hypothyroidism, Sleep state misperception

Each person responds differently to different medications, so it's not possible to say which is best. There is trial and error with regard to treatments. So I would advise you to try either a suppository or enema and then see which works best for you. If the first approach doesn't help then move on to the next. For more severe constipation, it's helpful to be more aggressive in general with laxatives. Most patient simply don't take high enough doses of what's available over the counter.
I would prefer a GI to answer this question as it is complex. I generally like fiber in the am with fluids and Miralax or Dulcolax at night.
