Which treatment is best for tennis elbow?

I have tennis elbow and want to treat it. Which treatment is best for tennis elbow?

A lot of tennis elbow is due to weakening of the tendon attachment to the lateral epicondyle. Prolotherapy is a strong consideration.

The key is stretching, flexibility exercises several times a day. Warm moist heat to work on stretching forearm muscles. Icing after exercises. NSAIDs as needed eg ibuprofen or Naproxen may supplement with Tylenol. Look up tennis elbow exercises. Once you feel better continue a maintenance stretching program. Forearm straps and sleeves may be helpful but the key is the stretching/flexibility home exercise program.
Rest,rehab, brace, injection
Hi there! Tennis elbow is a muscle imbalance within the forearm musculature. Treatment would be based on which muscles are involved; your Chiropractor will give you exercises to do which will mitigate the discomfort, they may also perform soft tissue therapies. I hope this helps.
