“Why am I feeling so dizzy?”
I have been feeling very weak and dizzy for the past day and a half. Could this be a sign of a heart problem?

There are many causes of weakness and dizziness, from anaemia, hormone problems, to low blood pressure. I don't think heart disease is likely to be one the major causes, but if you have heart disease, then yes, it can cause these. Medications can help or sometimes make it worse. Coenzyme Q10 is sometimes helpful.
