Psychoanalyst Questions Dreams

Why are my dreams so vague?

My dreams seem very weird and vague, and I'm not sure about what to really think of them. In my next therapy session, can my therapist help me understand my dreams?

This could certainly be something you bring up in therapy. As a holistic therapist I would want to know what your diet and sleep routine looks like first. We often don't realize how many things affect our brains during sleep, such as what we ate for dinner or what we watched on TV last week or even our level of hydration during sleep.
Your therapist may be able to help you understand - should be able to guide you to some insights. Sometimes we don't give our dreams a chance. We judge them, criticize, question. Often we just have to own them with an open heart, ask yourself how do you want to feel once you have reached that dream. Once you determine the core feeling you want, then you understand your dreams better.
Some can and some cannot. Bring it up to your therapist and see if they will help you
