“Why do I feel nauseated?”
I have been feeling really nauseated for a few days going on now and I get dizzy while standing up.

This might be a blood pressure or middle ear problem. Nausea is very nonspecific and is often not from a GI source. Best to see a PCP.
Sounds like you have vertigo, its usually benighted medical condition and resolve/improve on its own. Sometimes if symptoms are severe you may benefit from over the counter medication meclizine 12.5mg -25mg that you can take to manage symptoms. If no improvement within few days you should seek in person medical consultation.
