Alignment happens when the joint, ligaments, muscles and tendons are trained to stay aligned. Bad posture, repetitive actions can train the body to misalign and cause neurological mishaps with brain synapses, mechanoreceptors, proprioceptors and nociceptors. In order to stay aligned, it takes time and good lifestyle habits.
Hello, one of the most common issues I see in my office is people are involved in prolonged positions, or postures throughout their lives, and or the work. This contributes to postural issues allowing for inhibited muscle, causing weakening of these muscles, leading to lack of support to the spine, also stress and tension comes in many forms, chemical, physical, emotional, poor diet, lack of exercise, being overweight, which will lead to tight overused muscle, pulling bones out of place as well. Going to a chiropractor, who incorporates rehab with adjustment goes a long way at addressing the total picture, allowing those corrections to hold much longer, he or she should also teach you correct ergonomics, lifting, postural issues, as well at-home exercises to help further prevent these issues.
Possible other problems like back or lower back alignment or short leg.
This is a hard question to answer without knowing your history. It may be your pillow or how you sleep, It may be stress. The main tenet of causes of a subluxation is thoughts (mental stress), trauma (physical stress), toxins (food or environmental stress).
There could be many potential causes for this. I would advice you to seek a chiropractor that takes a good health history and does a thorough examination. A good chiropractor will attempt to uncover the cause. Some possible causes could be improper ergonomics at work, bad posture, poor core strength, ligament laxity, degenerative changes, possible underlying thyroid problems, other inflammatory diseases, and more.

Again, seek help from a health care professional that will ask you a lot of questions and perform a thorough examination. Perhaps a chiropractor who also practices functional medicine may help you with this.
That can be caused by physical, emotional, and environmental issues that are causing the issues, but you have yet to identified in you life. Lack of proper ergonomics or poor muscular conditioning can also be causes. Discuss with a practitioner to identify and mitigate those causes.
Lack of strength can cause continued instability, lots of information missing without an exam. But daily activities need to be evaluated for poor ergonomics as well posture problems contributing here
There may be a different area of the body that is out of alignment or imbalanced which is causing the neck to be pulled out of alignment again and again.
