I think I have a sinus infection I have pain under my eyes and a stuffy nose but no sore throat.

See an ear nose and throat doctor and get an exam and possible nasal culture. Strep bacteria can be in the nose or in the throat particularly at your age it's less likely to be a strep infection in your throat because it that's typically in children.
