There will always be scars, but often not very noticeable.
It depends on the surgery and the surgeon. Almost all wrist surgery is open, and that means incisions that leave scars. The quality of the scar is the surgeons responsibility and yours.
You should have instructions for post care. Follow them.
Surgery of any kind leaves a scar. The quality of the scar depends on how the incision is aligned to natural skin creases, the skill of the surgeon and how carefully the wound is repaired. Wrist scars are a bit more unpredictable than in many other sites but there will be a visible scar. If your surgeon can keep the incision within your palm the scar will certainly be a lot better.

Probably
All surgery leaves a scar of some form. Depending on the location, or approach, the scar can range from small or hidden in a natural skin line to more noticeable

Most people don't, but it depends on your body's healing potential. Everybody is different.
Hi. If you are going to have surgery, you will have a scar. That being said, most wrist scars for elective surgeries heal well and are in most cases barely noticeable.
Yes. Unfortunately, almost all surgeries will leave a scar. It may not be noticeable, but it will be there.

A simple response is yes. Depending on the location of the incision and your tendency for scarring makes a large difference in the "visibility". After surgery, there are options to limit scarring such as scar massage, silicone application, etc.
