“Will cps take my baby if I test positive at birth? ”
I’m 35 weeks pregnant. I have severe morning sickness, lower body pain, and PTSD to deal with these problems I do use thc. Though it is legalized in my state, I’m still concerned, will cps take my child if I test positive at the time of delivery?

Marijuana doesn’t seem to be very dangerous, but it depends on the state you live in. Some states will take the baby and others won't. I would try to stop and have the doctor screen you for multiple drug tests and show that you were negative during the pregnancy.
