I have a kidney infection. Will kidney infection go away?

Kidney infection must be treated with effective antibiotics. When the infecting microbes are eradicated then the infection will be stopped. Infection will not go away without effective anti microbial treatments. And any underlying reason for kidney infection must be considered and discovered and remedied.
