Working out past Covid infection?

I tested positive for Covid-19 ten days ago with pretty mild symptoms (just fatigue is left). When is it safe to workout? Should I worry about myocarditis?

Unless you have specific symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath, or abnormal heart beat with daily living activities- you should be fine to start exercising again with gradual increase in effort in your routine over weeks as you tolerate.
10 days from onset (and 3 days after improvement). Myocarditis is infrequent, so as long as you are not doing vigorous work, I would not worry.

Some people do have myocarditis. Workouts can begin as tolerated about 2 to 3 weeks after symptoms are gone. If you are concerned, you can request a cardiac stress test from your physician.
Thanks for the question!
