“Why do certain allergy medicines work for certain people?”
For me, allegra D is the only thing that works for my allergies. Zyrtec for example literally does nothing. Why is this?

This is simply a function of our individual biochemistry. There is a lot we do not know regarding the effects of medicines and variability between different persons.

There is an old medical axiom that tells you that you don’ treat illnesses but patients, every patient is different and illness present differently in each patients, medicines act different in each patient too
