Are blood disorders genetically passed on?

I am a 33 year old female. I want to know are blood disorders genetically passed on?

It very much depends on which blood disorder. Some are inheritable, some acquired. A list of blood disorders is dauntingly long, some benign and some very dangerous.
Some are and some are not. Many anemias are genetically driven such as sickle cell disease (Hgb S), Hgb C disease, thallasemmia, G6PD deficiency, and many others. Many bleeding disorders are genetic: von Willebrands disease, Factor V Leiden, Prothrombin mutation, antithrombin III disease, Glanzman's thrombasthenia, and others. Fewer white blood cell disorders are genetic.
