I am a 24 year old female. With the coronavirus spread are hospitals taking strict measures for pregnant women?

Yes, speak with your provider with regards to those precautions for the facility you will be going to to have your baby.

Well, I think that it depends on where in the country you live and how bad the outbreak is where you are located. Most hospitals utilize labor and delivery for deliveries and this has not changed. The only thing that has changed is the amount of guests you are allowed. Where I live, you are only allowed one adult guest and they check that guest for a fever.
