I have a lot of pain in my fingers especially during the cold season. What can I do to manage this pain?

Is it only one finger? If so, you need to see hand specialist.
Your finger pain depends on what is or could be causing it. More information is needed in addition to any potential underlying conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis etc. I would advise you to either follow up with your primary care physician or see a therapist that specializes in hand rehabilitaton. All the best.
You should find out first what’s causing the pain.
Need to evaluate the condition before I could suggest. In general, keeping yourself warm with proper gloves will help.
If applicable, quit smoking. You can also try magnet therapy...wearing gloves with magnets built in. But that's hit or miss. You could also benefit from physical therapy. Modalities and an exercise routine for your wrists and hands could increase general blow flow to the area, decreasing pain.
I highly recommend that you reach out for a hand therapist.
I have found with my patients who have hand and finger pain, that warmth and heat is very beneficial. You can try soaking in warm water (a Jacuzzi is even better), or wrapping in paraffin wax, or simply using a heating pad. Make sure to also keep the fingers moving, such as making a fist, because fingers become stiff very easily which only worsens the problem.
