Birth control?

Is it safe to skip the 7 day break on my period and keep taking my birth control Microgynon 30?

If I understand you correctly, whether you can skip the inactive pills and resume active pills? Yes, you could, meaning you will not have a period for the month till the end of the next cycle.
Yes. It is okay to take that cop continuously, but you may have breakthrough bleeding. Make sure you get a follow-up from your provider if you have concerns!
Absolutely safe. If I was a woman, I would totally skip my cycles. Completely safe with birth control.

Yes, you can take the placebo pills every 3rd pack and have 4 periods an year.

I am hopeful that whomever started you on birth control pills also told you that taking continuous birth control, skipping the fake pills during your bleed for 3 months is perfectly safe, but then you need to take the fake pills and have a pill period every 3months. As long as the pill pack is a 30mcg dose and does not change colors or dose every week, you are able to run 3 packs together, then it is recommended to take the fake pills and have your pill period.
