Excess body heat is unlikely to cause excessive bleeding. It is best to discuss it with your gynecologist.
Excess body heat should not affect your period. You may have an endocrine condition such as hyperthyroidism or you may have an hormonal imbalance. The American college of ob-gyn describes this condition as "Abnormal uterine bleeding.” There are many ways to correct this condition. You should see a gym m.d. and you should have the appropriate hormonal tests to include a pap and intravaginal ultrasound. If funds are not available, a simple combination birth control pill for at least 3 months may solve your condition. I strongly advise you see a gyn doctor.
