OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions Vaginal pain

I have a boil right at the entrance of my vagina. Please suggest a topical treatment for the same?

I have a big boil right at the entrance of my vagina and it really hurts. I have been using coconut oil to help ease the pain, but it's not working. What should I be doing instead? Would I need something that has antibiotics?

It would be important to be examined by your gynecologist.
See a gynecologist. He or she may do a culture and treat you with antibiotics.
Topical treatment is moist heat as much as tolerated. Then dry and apply triple antibiotic ointment. And repeat every 8 to 12 hours
It can be a bartholin gland abscess or folliculitis. Better to see a GYN MD.
Your condition may appear to be what is referred to as Bartholin Gland Cyst. Topical antibiotics may not be the best treatment option. You may require an incision and drainage. Kindly see your gynecologist to address this as soon as you can.
I will advise to do a sitz bath and warm compressor on that area. If that does not go away after, I suggest you see your ob/gyn and she might put you on antibiotics.
