Can I exercise after a nerve block?

I am a 25 year old female. I will have a nerve block next week. Can I exercise after a nerve block?

It's better not to exercise for sometime till it heals.
Depends on where the block is placed. You have to be aware that it has completely worn off.
Until the nerve block has worn off, the blocked body part has impaired sensation and weak musculature. Therefore you could injure the blocked part of your body. Ask this question of the physician anesthesiologist who is going to care for you and follow their instructions.
On an average the kind of surgery you are having, allows you to exercise, you must wait until the block is completely worn off and some. No different than a dental block.
After any procedure or anesthesia, you must rest. All depends upon the surgery and type of anesthesia.
