You should call your doctor's office to verify. They may have tele-visits you can take advantage of if they have not resumed in-person visits. Most doctors' offices have reopened now and provide a safe environment for in-person visits.
It's up to your Dr. to decide.
You need to see a knee specialist and yes you can.

There are no restrictions limiting visits toYour Pain Management Doc. Procedures done in His/Her office would be allowed. If an elective procedure done in a hospital or surgery center then not currently allowed unless an emergency. And, just being in pain is not considered an emergency.

The Answer is YES, but this time is by telemedicine which means you have to call doctors office and will schedule a consult.
If your doctor is seeing patients at this time, you can see your pain management doctor. You might also be able to get in touch with your doctor through telemedicine if it's being offered.
That would depend on your physician’s practice. I’d recommend giving the office a call.
