Can I wash my face 3 times a day?

I am a 24 year old male. I want to know if I can wash my face 3 times a day?

I think that is too much unless you are dirty or working in a dirty job. Washing too much breaks down the skin barrier. Try a cleansing wipe in between or a toner.

Sure, wash your face as often as you like. You might want to use an antibacterial soap (Dial) if you have acne, or a sensitive skin cleanser (Cetaphil) if you have dry skin. Avoid abrasives, picking!

Typically, you should wash your face twice a day, morning and evening. However, if you notice more oil on your skin after working out or exercising or if your skin feels excessively oily, can be washed additional times. You can also try an astringent or toner in those areas where you have excess oil. Ask your dermatologist about lasers or medications that can help to control excess sebum production as well. Devices like the Hydrafacial or laser can help control this.
