Yes, most cases
Yes a chiropractor can help a child with rheumatoid arthritis by checking the spine and making sure everything is in alignment. Keeping the spine in alignment wall allow for proper nervous system function.
Perhaps, depending on the nature and severity of the arthritis. A chiropractor should take a detailed history and do a thorough examination, including x-rays before recommending treatment. If you have had x-rays done in the last year, bring in the images and the report for your chiropractor to review.
If the pain is being caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis, then they should be seen by a pediatric Rheumatologist.

If they specialize in working with autoimmune disease, yes. It’s an immune system problem affecting the joints. So you must address the immune system. We specialize in autoimmune disease at our office but that’s not typically common for a chiropractic office.
Doctors of Chiropractic (DC) are licensed doctors who does diagnosis and either preforms and/or recommends treatment. That includes all areas of the neuromuscular system. The question is what is causing the problem with the area and that requires diagnosis. Diagnosis can't be done without an examination. If the cause is appropriate and responsive to conservative care then Chiropractic care with it's many therapeutic treatments is important and appropriate. Even if the problem has a permanent and/or structural component the treatments may still help, but may not totally eliminate the underlying cause. Don't wait to have the examination, as the sooner the problems is detected and treated the better.
Indirectly yes.
Chiropractic alone is probably not the best option for pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis. However, it can be a helpful co-management therapy, along with dietary changes and medications if necessary.
