Recommend further testing.
Blood in the urine could be a sign of serious kidney disease or could be associated with more benign conditions. It needs to be checked out.
This can be cause by a kidney stone or a urinary tract infection amount at other things. It has the potential to be very serious if it does not resolve on its own, either way see your PCP and ask if a urological consult is warranted
Blood in the urine can be from benign causes such as kidney stones but there can be more serious causes such as infection or problems in the bladder or masses in the kidney. You should see your doctor or a urologist as soon as possible.
There are situations where patients just have asymptomatic microscopic hematuria but only after other causes of blood urine such as stones, infection or malignancy are ruled out.
Yes could be a sign of stone passing or infection
Since blood in urine can be significant, I would strongly recommend a urology consultation. The simplest issue could be infection, such as prostatitis, but it could also be a sign of a renal or bladder lesion.

Blood in urine can be the result of heavy aerobic exercise, sexual intercourse and masturbation also may be a sign of kidney or bladder diseases, it needs to be evaluated by your primary care doctor and if it is necessary you may need to be seen by a urologist.
