Hi!
Urinary incontinence is not a documented symptom of COVID19 - we are, however, noticing multiple atypical presentations from the pathophysiological changes caused by COVID19 indirectly. COVID19 has been detected in the semen. It would be appropriate for you to see your Primary Care Provider or a urologist to have your condition evaluated.
The sudden onset of urinary incontinence is concerning and should warrant a call to your doctor right away. However, urinary incontinence has not been associated with covid-19 in any of the symptom notifications put out by our health department. Of course, severe coughing can sometimes cause incontinence, and cough is definitely a covid-19 symptom. So if you have developed sudden incontinence, call your physician.
Incontinence is not a typical Covid-19 symptoms. You need to consult a urologist.
Be well.

No. Covid 19 is a respiratory virus meaning will affect your respiratory track specially the lungs. Even thou is a new virus and many studies under way, so far studies have not shown a relationship between the virus affecting your genito-urinary tract, which would include the bladder and to cause urinary incontinence. Specially if only having the urinary incontinence symptom. Best is to consult with your doctor and see if a urine test would be indicated, to further investigate the cause for the incontinence.
No, covid 19 does not cause urinary incontinence.
