“Can pneumonia come back after antibiotics?”
My 16 year old daughter just recovered from pneumonia. I wonder if pneumonia can come back after antibiotics?

It can, especially if the antibiotic course was too short, or the wrong antibiotic for the infection was chosen. But typically, it doesn't.
