Yes, shoulder pain can radiate down your arms.
Most likely, your pain comes from the nerves at the base of the neck that supply information/control to the shoulder and hand. If those nerves are compressed, they can cause that type of traveling pain.
The simple answer is yes. The real answer is that shoulder pain is very complicated. I can come from the neck, upper back and radiate down the arm. However shoulder pain can come from internal organs: such as heart or lungs and still radiate down the arm. If this persists seek professional help.
Absolutely, there are several neck and upper back injuries that could cause radicular arm pain.

Hello,

Pain radiating down the arm comes from the cervical spine/neck and the brachial plexus, restrictions from muscles/nerves/vertebrae/disc can be a cause. An evaluation/exam and X-ray can be used to determine the cause.

Greetings,

Yes, pain can radiate usually as far as the elbow. You really should have it examined to discern the true cause.
Yes, shoulder pain can radiate down the arm. The nervous system that controls and operates your arm originates from the lower portion of your neck (C5-T1) if there is an issue affecting these areas of your neck you can have radiating pain from your neck to your shoulder. If the ribcage is having difficulty pumping blood from the thoracic cavity through the shoulder down to the arm you can have radiating pain and even numbness.

These issues can be fixated or mediated in multiple different ways.

Chiropractic adjustments to the referred to spinal areas in the lower portion of the neck and ribcage/shoulder area can help take pressure off the nervous system and circulation as well as muscular release to the neck and shoulder area to directly treat the source of the issues affecting the neck. Physical therapy should also be used to strengthen and stabilize the affected shoulder

Anti-inflammatory pain medication can also help the symptoms of pain but will not ultimately fix the root cause of the issue and you do not want to rely on taking anti-inflammatories daily bc that can lead to other issues after prolonged periods of time as well
It is possible. It could be coming from the neck. It could be referred muscle pain. It could be a lot of things. You should visit your chiropractor for an examination.

Yes shoulder pain can radiate down the arm. If the pain radiates past the elbow it is likely to involve a cervical disc injury. Consult a Chiropractor for an examination to determine the cause of your pain.
