“Can someone please help me get rid of Jock itch?”

I have had trouble with Jock Itch for a decade now. I have usually been able to get it cleared up after some weeks or months, but it always comes back when my groin gets itchy and I'm forced to scratch. I can usually keep it healed for several weeks or months and it 's a thing of coming and going, though I have been searching for years to find a way to deal with the stupid itch without getting more Jock Itch. I've tried creams, powder, wet wipes, and washcloths. Nothing gets rid of it, at least not before I'm forced to scratch. This past year, my groin has gotten way worse. It has not healed in like a year, and now there's scabbing on the tip/head, which was NEVER there before in all these years. I don't even scratch that spot. I also now have cuts on the cuticles of my penis. Again, I don't scratch there. The cuts on the cuticles are another problem I have had for several years. They come for seemingly no reason, take weeks or months to heal, and after several months, they come back. I've been searching for many months to find a way to not only fix the head, but somehow ensure that I NEVER EVER get scabbing there again in my life. Nothing has helped, and no one has offered anything. I need some answers on how to heal the head and keep from ever getting scabbing there again. I also need something that heals the Jock Itch extremely fast, a way to deal with an itch down there instantly so I never have to scratch it raw again, and a way to keep me from ever getting cuts on the cuticles ever again. I have been asking these sorts of questions, trying new things, and scouring the internet for many years, and NOTHING has been able to keep it healed forever. Eventually I scratch it raw again and I get the cuts around the cuticle for seemingly no reason. This past year, it's gotten worse because it doesn't even heal anymore and now the head is scabbed up. I am sick of this. I need a way to heal the groin extremely fast, I need a way to deal with any itch I get down there INSTANTLY without scratching it raw, I need something that can heal the scabbed up head extremely fast, I need a way to NEVER get a scabbed head again, and I need a way to never get cuts around the cuticles again. The cuts and scabbing are NOT from me itching and scratching. I get those for seemingly no reason, which enrages me.
