Can stress make my eyelid twitch?

When I get angry or feel stressed, my eyelid actually starts to twitch. Could my stress actually be making my eyelid twitch like this? How can I fix it?

Yes stress can cause eye twitching. See an ophthalmologist.
Yes due to increase in stress hormones.
Destress and avoid caffeine.
Stress can make your eyes twitch. Also irritation such as dryness can also make eyes twitch. If it’s due to dress you need to try to eliminate the stress.you should talk to your family doctor about this. If it’s due to irritation you could try tear drops. If not alleviated you should see an eye-care doctor.
Yes. But many other conditions can contribute. Get an exam.
1. Reduce stress as much as possible
2. Limit caffeine intake
3. Get more sleep
Yes, stress can make your eyelid twitch. Personally, my eyelid twitches when I have big tests to take. There is no real way to fix this, except to destress. Also, you could consider reducing caffeine intake.
