Can tooth enamel be restored?

I'm 35 years old, and I noticed that my tooth enamel is damaged. Are there ways to fix it? Is it possible for tooth enamel to be restored?

Yes, see a dentist.
If you treat your enamel well, your enamel will give you many years of service. Don't grind your teeth, don't fidget with rough or sharp items which can break the enamel. Soft tooth brush, good tooth paste and great brushing and flossing will give you a great smile and good technique will keep your teeth in ship shape, ready to use any time.
