Can you get a mouth cyst removed at this time?

I am a 30 year old male. Some dental offices are temporarily closed near me. Can you get a mouth cyst removed at this time?

Should be able to do this. Contact an oral surgeon as it may require a biopsy.

Yes, you can.
Open now.
As of June 1st in NYC, dental offices are allowed to open, so, yes!
Depending on the state you live in. Most states are now able to proceed with treatments. It also depends if your dentist thinks it's urgent or not. If urgent, then no propel, but if it is considered routine, you may have to wait a bit. Just call and ask'em.

Yes, you can. You just need to find an office prepared to manage patients during this time.

Many oral surgeons are still open. Most offices in my area will be open next week. Restrictions in most states have been lifted for elective care.
Your best bet is to find an oral surgeon that is open. Call around.

Depends. Many states have reopened and are allowing dentists to provide non-emergent care. If you are in one of these states, then no problem. If your state is not one of these then the question is do you or the surgeon consider this an emergency situation?
All dental offices in the State of NJ are allowed to treat non-emergency cases as of May 26, 2020. So, as of that date, your procedure can be treated and completed.
Yes. You need an oral surgeon or a periodontist for the best results. You may have to travel a bit, but it is worth the trip. If you are near a dental school, check with their "dental ER" departmnt.
At this time, the American Dental Association is recommending that only emergency dental procedures be performed. These include root canals, abscesses, and facial trauma.

The ADA has tentatively set April 26th as the date when non-emergent procedures can be performed. Keep in touch with your Dentist to see if this date changes.
