I am a 48 year old female. I wonder if I can get partial dentures with no back teeth?

Absolutely, this is the most common type of partial performed. But you may want to consider implants, as they are much more functional and they don't come out of your mouth.
It depends what you are talking about – partials in front or partials to replace the back teeth? All depends on what the other teeth look like. With partials you have to have something strong to anchor them to…..there are a lot of different ways to do it and it is really only something that can be answered after an exam and x-rays.

Yes, however not having back teeth puts the other teeth at risk of damage and eventual loss.
