Pain in right arm

There is pain in my right arm, first it started in my shoulder and now its affect is from neck to elbow. I think it is muscle strain. It was started when it was exposed to cold air. What to do now? Can I cure it at home?

It may be your neck too. You would benefit from Physical therapy. See your family doc first
You certainly may have strained a muscle. It would be beneficial to know if you had any rigorous physical activity or work related strain prior to the beginning of symptoms. You also could have irritated or pinched one of your nerves. If this does not get better with over-the-counter Advil and Tylenol please seek medical evaluation from your primary care M.D. or orthopedist
It sounds like an injury to your rotator cuff, which would make sense if you are a pitcher or other overhead athlete. If not, and it truly started in the cold, then it may be a problem with blood flow to your arm and you should see a doctor like a vascular surgeon. If it is your rotator cuff, stop the activity causing pain (like sports), rest your arm, take NSAIDs (like Advil or Aleve), and when the pain stops begin light exercise. To condition your rotator cuff, perform lateral arm raises and external rotations with light (no more than 5 pounds) dumbbells. If the pain does not stop, see an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and shoulder injuries.
Take advil for a few days, and avoid movements that cause pain. If this does not work, you need to see an Orthopaedic doctor.

Hope it helps!

Sometimes a shoulder pathology can cause deltoid referred pain which might be the pain felt in your right arm. Another possibility is a cervical spine condition or just a muscle spasm. I would apply ice and take ibuprofen or Aleve and observe it for a while. If not resolving then a evaluation by a physician is needed
Yes
Sounds like it could be a serious problem. Should be evaluated by a doctor. INITIAL treatment will be medication and therapy.
Sounds like it is coming from a strain in the shoulder or rotator cuff. Symptoms from the neck can radiate to the shoulder and elbow as well. I would recommend a home stretching and strengthening program along with oral NSAIDs and icing afterwards. If no help in a few weeks then you should seek treatment.
You should see a physician for an exam and evaluation if the pain is bothering you.
Sounds like nerve pain (discogenic?). Have it checked out.
