My child gets canker sores in her mouth. Why could this be happening?

My child is 3 years old and keeps getting canker sores on the inside of her mouth. They are really bothering her and she has trouble eating as well. Why is she getting these so often?

These lesions are viral infection usually goes away in few days
Those are called aphthous ulcers. They can occur in otherwise healthy people. They can be due to trauma to the mouth and spicy foods. They can be due vitamin deficiency. Take a multivitamin daily.
