Cardiologist Questions Interventional cardiologist

What is the difference between a cardiologist and interventional cardiologist?

I am just curious to know what exactly is the difference both of these specialties. What does an interventional cardiologist do that a regular cardiologist doesn't?

AN INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST PERFORMS PROCEDURES USING CATHETERS OR WIRES (CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION, PCI, TAVR, ABLATION, ETC)
Interventional cardiologists perform specific procedures including placement of coronary artery stents. Some cardiologists perform diagnostic cardiac angiography but not stents . These specialists may implant pacemakers. More frequently, cardiologists are non invasive meaning usually an office based practice with variable amounts of in patient work.
A cardiologist is a clinical specialist trained to treat cardiovascular disease. They also interpret studies such as stress tests and cardiac ultrasounds. Some ar also trained to implant pacemakers and perform diagnostic heart catheterizations. An interventional cardiologists is able to do these as well. In addition an interventional cardiologists can also fix blocked arteries, implant stents in coronary arteries, place support devices.
