Family Practitioner Questions Dizziness

My symptoms started two months ago with dizziness that progressed?

I am a 32 year old and all of a sudden I have been feeling dizziness that lasts for about 10 minutes and subsides on its own. Is it something serious or a temporary phase?

Two months ago? How often? Every day? This could be a chronic labyrinthitis, likely benign.
Hi you will need to tell me more about what you mean. Is the room spinning? Does it happen when you change positions? Are you feeling faint? You will need to get a few tests like bloodwork for iron and b12 levels and check your heart. Make sure you are drinking 2L of water daily.
There are a number of medical conditions that can cause dizziness - dehydration, anemia, thyroid problems, inner ear infections, etc.

Make sure you are drinking enough water. If the symptoms continue, I would recommend you see a healthcare provider for an evaluation and blood work.
Thanks
Unfortunately the possibilities are many, from serious to inconvenient. I would recommend you schedule an appointment with your primary care provider.
I need to know all circumstances to make the prognosis - when thet dizziness occurred. It could be only temporary, but the etiology.
This symptom is compatible with Lyme disease among other medical conditions. Of course, one symptom is not enough to make a diagnosis. I have a full screening questionnaire for biotoxin illnesses that include but are not limited to tick-borne diseases and mold toxicity. Both of these conditions may explain any intermittent neurological symptoms.
First of all, is it lightheaded dizzy or vertigo? Is it positional in nature? Sinus congestion? Ringing in the ears? There are so many things this could be and a thorough history needs to be taken likely followed with some basic blood work and of course a physical exam. I can further discuss with you or go see your doctor.
