“Do boys have different UTI symptoms?”
I feel like my son has a UTI, but I'm not really sure since all he really is complaining about is burning when he urinates and abdominal pain. I'm well aware of the symptoms of a UTI in girls, but what about boys? Do they have different symptoms?

Similar symptoms to girls. However, usually in uncircumcised boys & caused by foreskin. Needs to be checked by physician.
