“Do charcoal masks help acne?”

Charcoal masks help to degrease the skin (remove oil), but is not necessarily an acne treatment. If you have blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, etc., OTC Differin gel (pea-sized amount to whole face), Benzoyl peroxide wash, and moisturizers to combat dryness from the medications would help. Beyond that, would recommend seeing your board certified dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
