Does baking soda whiten bonded teeth?

I am a 28 year old male. I want to know if baking soda whitens bonded teeth?

Not really. Hydrogen peroxide whitens teeth, but if you brush with baking soda, you will clean the teeth, which will make them look better, but not really whiten them.
No. Please refer to your dentist and ask them to polish your bonded composite teeth.
Good evening. To answer your question, baking soda might be used with toothpaste to remove buildup on the tooth surface itself, however, teeth stain internally overtime and therefore you have to have dental whitening treatment by a licensed dentist, and even that is not always guaranteed as to how much it might lighten your teeth shade. It all depends on genetics,
hygiene, diet, etc. Please visit your dentist for a cleaning appointment and an evaluation and I’m sure they can guide you in the right direction.

Baking soda will not whiten bonded teeth.
Baking soda may help to remove surface stains but it won’t change the color of your bonded restorations.
