I am a 50 year old female. I want to know if eyelid surgery leaves scars?

The quality of eyelid skin helps any scarring to be minimal unless the post op period involves pulling of the incsion site for whatever reason. Cut or lasered skin has to scar with healing though is will be hard to see if done well in the region of the eyelids.
All surgery leaves scars but scars on the eyelids are among the finest and faintest of all. The scars may be difficult to perceive even when you look for them.
