“Does gluten make me sick?”
I've been feeling sick for a week and it happens whenever I eat something. I read a lot about gluten making people uncomfortable. Is gluten making me sick?

If it has only been 1 week of symptoms, it's probably not gluten since you have been ingesting gluten all of your life. Most discomfort after eating is related to sensitive stomach, which we call dyspepsia. Ulcers and H pylori infection are other possibilities.
NO! If you can't eat without nausea, get to a doctor and stop reading stuff on the internet. Gluten will not make you sick unless you have developed a serious disease.
If you have been feeling sick for just one week, and have been eating gluten normally your whole life without a problem, it makes gluten sensitivity unlikely. If you are feeling unwell after eating, there are a number of possible causes. If you are not better, get evaluated.
