High blood pressure damage the blood vessels that supply blood to your eyes causing damage to the retina. This can cause blurred vision. A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed.
If high blood pressure is high, your vision can fluctuate and have blurry vision. And when blood pressure drops and back to normal vision gets better. However, if vision is blurry at high and normal, then it may not be blood pressure influenced. With high blood pressure, usually also comes with other symptoms, possibly light headedness, sweaty palms, nauseated, etc.

In some cases, high blood pressure can lead to blurry vision. It is advised that you visit your eye MD ophthalmologist to undergo a dilated eye examination....and discuss blood pressure control with your primary care physician.
Usually mild to moderate hypertension does not cause immediate blurry vision. A severe hyperdrive episode could cause vision to be blurry. People with hypertension should have eye exams to make sure retina isn’t not involved. Most important is to treat the hypertension.
It certainly can. With high BP there can be retina swelling or edema and mini strokes of the her circulation called cotton wool spots, minute hemorrhages or exudates (leaky blood vessels). Best to see an ophthalmologist right away.
Yes, it can.
Yes, if it's severe
