I am a 34 year old male and I have knee pain. Does massage help with knee pain?

Massage can be helpful for knee pain.
Massage therapy helps the knee pain. Focus on insertion points for muscles sbove the knee and below the knee.
It may help, and certainly won't hurt anything, so try it!!
