I am a 27 year old male and I have back acne. Does the sun help back acne?

The sun is an enemy of the skin. Any benefit in "drying up" acne or masking it in a suntan will be offset a few weeks later by a breakout triggered by the damage the UV rays did a few weeks earlier. Skip the sun as an acne treatment. It typically backfires.
