“Does my wife have nymphomania?”
My wife has had multiple sexual experiences (3 men and one woman) in 3 years of marriage. She just cant seem to get enough and she's always the one who motivates the encounters. Is she a nymphomaniac? She also has epilepsy and takes antidepressants.

She actually needs a better therapist, if she is seeing someone! This is not good in any marriage and obviously you have enabled this. Both of you need a good therapist. Marriage counselor is the best or a psychologist.
